The FA are investigating Manchester City for a payment made to Jadon Sancho's agent when he signed from Watford in 2015.

Der Spiegel claims that City made Emeka Obasi a "scouting contract" of over $250,000 to help facilitate the move. Sancho was 14-years-old at the time of the move, though players cannot be represented by an agent until they're 16.

City paid Watford just under $200,000 to Sancho. 

PSG and Barcelona are set to battle in the transfer market once again, this time over Lille winger Nicolas Pepe.

Pepe has scored 16 goals and assisted 10 on the season, making him involved in 62% of Lille's goals.

The 23-year-old is valued at over $50 million. 

Jurgen Klopp claimed that Manchester City wouldn't sell Jadon Sancho to a Premier League rival.

“Buying English players is a smart idea because we would never have a chance to get Sancho. We are not blind – we saw him, we liked him and then we think: ‘Can we get him?’ No. Because English clubs don’t sell to other English clubs. I don’t know exactly what the reason is for that but they don’t do it. Now they can go to Germany, which is a wonderful league," said Klopp.

Klopp also said that while young English talent may be better than young German talent right now, there's no long-term structural problem in German development.

“There is no dip. Six or seven years ago you had all these boys coming up – Marco Reus, André Schürrle, Mario Götze, Thomas Müller, Mats Hummels – and it was clear when they became Under‑21 European champions it would be a generation of proper quality. It is clear that England now has that situation. It is like a wave with one country a little bit up and another country down.”

Real Madrid and Barcelona are set to battle over the signing of Luka Jovic.

The 21-year-old Jovic has scored 14 times for Eintracht Frankfurt this season.

Real Madrid are rumored to bid over $50 million to sign Jovic over the summer.

Marcelo says Real Madrid needs to "pay me up" and he will leave this summer if they want him to.

Marcelo has been linked with a move to join Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus.

"If I am on the list of players [Madrid] want to sell, then they can pay me up and all is sorted," Marcelo said. "I trust in myself, in my work, but if a day comes when Real Madrid do not want me, I'll go. I will be sad, but I'll go. But I am sure I will not be kicked out."

Marcelo has been targeted by opposing teams during his recent poor run of play.

"The level I have been showing is difficult to always maintain," he said. "I am a little below that level at the moment, but my career has been like that, some little dips, and unfortunately this season I had three injuries in two months. I went through a difficult period in my football and within the club.

"But that phase is over now, I need to play to get back to my usual form and confidence. But I feel good now, physically good, I am training strongly. I need to play to get back my confidence, but physically I am good."

Eden Hazard will reportedly ask Chelsea for a move to Real Madrid over this summer.

Hazard says “I know what I will do. I have made my decision" in regards to staying at Chelsea or moving to Spain in a recent documentary, with that interview filmed two months ago.

Hazard will have 1-year left on his contract after this season. 

“Eden is 28. If he wants to go, I think he has to go. Of course, I hope the opposite. I hope he wants to stay here. He has the potential to be the best player in Europe at the moment," said Maurizio Sarri last week. 

Real Madrid are keeping an eye on Benfica winger Joao Felix.

The 19-year-old winger, who has scored 8 goals this season, has drawn comparisons to Ronaldo.

Benfica are planning on raising his release clause to over $228 million amid foreign interest.

Eden Hazard claims he's made a decision about his future but he's yet to reveal those plans. Hazard has long been linked with Real Madrid.

Hazard has 18 months left on his Chelsea contract and it is unclear whether he will extend his stay beyond 2020.

"I know what I'm going to do," said Hazard. "I have decided."

Hazard has repeatedly refused to end speculation regarding a potential move to Madrid.

Hazard joined Chelsea in the summer of 2012.

Marek Hamsik is reportedly close to a move to Dalian Yifang in the Chinese Super League.

"Talks are in progress. If he wants a new experience, we are inclined to make it happen," said Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti.

The 31-year-old Hamsik is both Napoli's all-time leading goalscorer and has the most appearances for the club.
